1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to the 555w platform and all its services. These terms constitute a legal agreement between the user and 555w. 2 Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and up to date.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to 555w immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
555w may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in restricted account activity. If the information provided is found to be false, the account will be permanently closed.
3 Age Limit and Eligibility
All services on 555w are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors are completely prohibited from creating accounts or playing games. Accounts registered through age fraud will be cancelled and any balance held may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Payments
The minimum deposit amount on the 555w platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — this limit applies to every payment method. Payment methods currently accepted for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other scheduled banks).
4.1 Payment Verification
The mobile banking account or bank account used at the time of deposit must be in the registered user's own name. Funds sent from a third-party account may not be accepted and will be returned if necessary.
4.2 Fund Security

5 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount on 555w is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Methods available for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
5.1 Withdrawal Prerequisites
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed.
- The withdrawal method should preferably match the deposit method.
- The required wagering conditions for bonus funds must be met.
- 555w reserves the right to hold withdrawals while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.
5.2 Withdrawal Verification Process
Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. In such cases, the 555w support team will contact the user directly.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
The 555w welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.
6.1 Bonus Usage Terms
- The bonus applies only once on the first deposit.
- Withdrawals cannot be made after claiming a bonus until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
- Bet limits on certain games may apply when using bonus funds.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
6.2 VIP Cashback
Weekly cashback is available under the VIP programme. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. There are four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Example: if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.
7 Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities may result in 555w permanently closing the account and forfeiting funds:
7.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Using software, bots, automation tools, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting system errors or technical issues.
- Providing a false identity, forged documents, or misleading information.
- Attempting to collect bonuses by creating multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
7.2 Other Prohibited Conduct
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Harassing or threatening other users on the platform.
- Impersonating 555w staff.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
555w reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
8.1 Closure by 555w
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
- Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
8.2 Closure by the User
Users may contact the 555w support team via 24/7 live chat or email at any time to voluntarily request account closure. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
9 Limitation of Liability
555w will not be liable for financial losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the use of the 555w platform or its services, to the extent permitted by law. If any game or bet ends abnormally due to technical disruption on the platform, a fault in a third-party service, or an internet connection issue, 555w will investigate and take appropriate action.

10 Changes to Terms
